Refund policy

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of purchasing. Please email us at info@luceir.com to arrange this. All returns must include a copy of your receipt and items must be returned in a new and unused condition, in their original packaging for an exchange or refund.

Please note that personalised and bespoke orders are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.

Once we have received your item the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase will be credited. We cannot refund the cost of delivery unless the product is faulty (exceptions may apply.) We will process a refund within 7 working days of receiving your return.

Please note it is the customers responsibility to return any items. We recommend using a tracked service for any returns, as we do not hold any responsibility for items until it has reached us, and we have confirmed we have received your return. We are unable to cover the cost of returns, unless items are deemed as faulty.

How to return
To cancel your order, please provide us with written notice by email to info@luceir, within 30 minutes of placing your order and give details of the product(s) you wish to return. After that time to order may have been processed.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@luceir.com and send your item to:  Luceir, 4 Arden House, Deepdale Business Park, Ashford Road, Bakewell, Derbyshire DE45 1GT. 


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Luceir, 4 Arden House, Deepdale Business Park, Ashford Road, Bakewell, Derbyshire DE45 1GT. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please keep proof of postage until we have received the item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
