Delivery times only apply for in stock products, excluding bespoke and personalised orders.
All deliveries are tracked and must be signed for upon delivery. Please note we are unable to deliver on bank holidays.
International delivery
Delivery times will vary and you will receive tracking information via email. Please be aware further taxes may be applicable during delivery which will be at the responsibility of the purchaser.
Tracking an order
All our orders are dispatched through Royal mail and can be tracked. We will provide you with a tracking number once the item has been dispatched. You will receive this in an email which confirms your order has been dispatched.
If you are unable to find your dispatch email, please contact us at info@luceir.com or fill in the contact form found here with your order number and we aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Missing or damaged deliveries
If you think your order is missing, please contact us at info@luceir.com or fill in the contact form found here as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve this.
Please check your order as soon as possible. If you are not happy with your order or if it isn’t as expected, contact us at the above email or fill in the contact form found here stating your order number and one of our team will be in touch.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once your order is declared ‘delivered’ by the delivery service. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point all responsibility is passed to the customer.
For next day and Saturday deliveries, please place orders before 2pm the day before Monday to Friday.
