Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, European Union, or European Economic Area, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision before the cancellation period expires. You may do this by emailing info@luceir.com or by submitting a cancellation request through your customer account at https://account.luceir.com.
You may use a clear statement setting out your decision to cancel your order.
Returning Your Items
Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel your order, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of that notification.
You can also start a return request directly through your customer account at https://account.luceir.com.
Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. You may inspect and handle the goods as you would in a shop, but you will be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
• Personalised, custom-made, or bespoke items made to your specifications.
• Sealed items that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if they become unsealed after delivery, including earrings where the hygiene seal or packaging has been opened.
• Any other goods excluded from cancellation rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned goods, or you provide evidence that the goods have been returned, we will process your refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days thereafter.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Where you are exercising your legal right to cancel, we will refund:
• The full purchase price of the returned goods; and
• The cost of the original standard delivery service paid when placing your order.
We are not required to reimburse any supplementary delivery costs where you selected a delivery option more expensive than our standard delivery service.
We may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
If an item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or incorrect, please contact us at info@luceir.com as soon as possible. We will work with you to provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund in accordance with your legal rights.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, you are responsible for the cost of returning items to us.
We strongly recommend using a tracked postal service and retaining proof of postage. Returned items remain your responsibility until they are received by us.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at info@luceir.com.
You can also submit a cancellation request directly through your customer account at https://account.luceir.com.
If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Gift Purchases
If an item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we may issue store credit or a gift voucher for approved returns. Otherwise, refunds will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
Sale Items
Sale and discounted items are covered by the same statutory rights as full-price items. Eligible sale items may be returned and refunded in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Delivery Times for Exchanges
The time required to receive an exchanged item may vary depending on your location.
For items valued at over £75, we recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
NON-EU RETURNS, REFUNDS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receiving it. To arrange a return, please email info@luceir.com or start a return request through your customer account at https://account.luceir.com.
All returns should include proof of purchase, and items should be returned in their original packaging where possible. Unless faulty, items must be returned in unused and resalable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Please note that personalised, custom-made, and bespoke items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless faulty.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings or other sealed hygiene-sensitive items once opened, unless they are faulty.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome of your refund request.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds are generally processed within 7 working days of receiving the returned item, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise required by applicable law.
