Your jewellery is covered by a 1 year warranty, and we offer repairs & re-plating at any time
If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your item within 14 days of purchase. Please email us at info@luceir.com to arrange this. All returns must include a copy of your receipt and items must be returned in a new and unused condition, in their original packaging, in order to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Please note that personalised and bespoke orders are non-refundable. We cannot accept returns on earrings unless faulty due to hygiene reasons.
Once we have received your item, the credit or debit card originally used to make the purchase will be credited. We cannot refund the cost of delivery unless the product is faulty (exceptions may apply). We will process a refund within 7 working days of receiving your return.
Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to return any items. We recommend using a tracked service for any returns, as we do not accept responsibility for items until they have reached us and we have confirmed receipt. We are unable to cover the cost of returns unless items are deemed faulty.
To cancel your order, please provide written notice by email to info@luceir.com within 30 minutes of placing your order and include details of the product(s) you wish to return. After this time, your order may have already been processed.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund. Please keep proof of postage until we have received the item.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
If you are returning an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
