Tracking an order        

All our orders are dispatched through Royal mail and can be tracked. We will provide you with a tracking number once the item has been dispatched. You will receive this in an email which confirms your order has been dispatched.

Missing or damaged deliveries

If you think your order is missing, please contact us at info@luceir.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve this.

Please note we are not responsible for any lost or stolen items once your order is declared ‘delivered’ by the delivery service. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point all responsibility is passed to the customer.

Fine Materials

We use only Gold, Silver & Natural Gemstones in our jewellery. There are no glues in our settings or resin filler in our gemstones.

Peace Of Mind

Your jewellery is covered by a 1 year warranty, plus we offer repairs & re-plating at any time
